On my third listen and I love that this appears to be his first proper mature album...in his 40s and life has moved on from the uni drinking days...he's discovering new sounds, musical landscapes. So emotional listening to the second half of the album and thinking about the spunky late teen of Sheila...here he is now reflecting on his past AND looking forwards in life. That confident run of tracks from "All I Wanna See Is Now" to "Tallahassee" has me overwhelmed with the richness and broader scope. Will discover the bonus tracks once I get to fully know the album!
