Me After Finishing 'In The Heart Of The Sea' By Nathaniel Philbrick

A brilliant book about the shipwrecks that Moby Dick was based on. A genuinely great read and highly recommend it. This line genuinely got me more in my feels than most of the story. Just the idea that you can survive so much but never fully recover. Amazing book.

Any recommendations for historical survival books!

I am currently reading 'In The Heart Of The Sea' which is brilliant so far and will be moving onto 'Erebus' next. I love Maritime and dark history but will read anything on any topic.

I want more stories of exploration and survival. I don't mind the time period or anything. Anything from shipwrecks, to plane crashes, to fires, tsunamis, etc. I just want to learn more about the ways of people in extreme circumstances (when less technology was available)

Thank you for your help!

Looking for non-fiction dark history books

Hello, I love dark history, spooky stuff and disasters. I am currently reading 'In The Heart Of The Sea' (which is great) and my next book will be 'Erebus' by Michael Palin. But I want to have a good stock pile for the summer. I want to learn about more events.

Here's what I'm looking for:

- Spooky events

- Maritime disasters

- Explorers

- Survival

- Government cover ups

- Cults

- Colonies

- Medical

Thank you for your help!

I Loved The Backrooms!

Went in as a fan of Kane and the backrooms lore, left very happy and proud of this young creator. Will definitely rewatch and woukd love if he was allowed do a sequel or more horror films. Had a great time. Highly recommend it to other Kane Pixel fans and lovers of the liminal!
