While searching for jobs and giving countless interviews, I started my own recruitment firm. Over time, I’ve managed to grow our portfolio from working with small companies to partnering with MNCs.
Unlike LinkedIn and other job portals, where there’s a huge crowd and mostly MNCs rely on ATS to screen resumes using the same old-school methods of hiring (and often ghosting candidates when they don’t make it), I try to hire where the actual smart and young crowd is—Reddit, college referrals, and communities.
My aim is to help individuals get their next job quicker and easier, while also giving them feedback when they don’t get selected and helping them understand how they can improve for their next career move.
I also consult undergrads and have tied up with a couple of universities to help them with their further EDUCATION rather than pushing them to buy another COURSE online.
I make mistakes, and I’m always open to suggestions from anyone in this field. I want to grow this and change the entire process of job search and career growth because it’s pretty slow right now, and I SEEK SPEED!
