Can someone tell me about this crypto GOFI Global Oil Institutional Fund? My dad showed me this today but it seems odd maybe a pump and dump situation

I accidentally broke my parents vacuum because I am an idiot lmao. They had a Shark Duo Clean Powerfins Hair Pro LA555. I am looking to replace this with something better. We mostly have hardwood floors with a few rugs. We do have dogs, which are very hairy so it will need to be able to keep up. I have seen many people talk about the Miele vacuums but i am not sure which to get.

Edit: Also, I am now realizing Miele vacuums are bagged vacuums and that you have to replace the bag every time it is full. This may sound stupid but all of our vacuums have been bagless and upright. We have a husky which sheds like crazy, and I feel having a bagged vacuum might be too inconvenient

I know Venture X comes with an upgrade to the Hertz Presidential Circle but I don’t understand how it works. I know with the Presidential Circle you get a guaranteed upgrade but how does that work. I am flying into Fort Myers with family and need to rent a car but would it be better to rent a cheap one now and get the upgrade when we get there or should I wait and rent a car at the Hertz center when we get there?
