question. what rated level has the first ever frame perfect? (read body text)

not counting levels that have not mandatory frame perfects (like stereo madness, polargeist or bloodbath) and also not counting levels that normal clicks turned into frame perfects because of 2.2 physics changes
dont be a smartass and say stereo madness first jump is a 10fps frame perfect or something
