I have a few safe queens that I'm looking to sell. Which platforms are the best for that? I created a Gunbroker account, but for some reason they're dragging their feet with activating my seller profile. I provided them with copies of my DL, FID and CCW permit, but it's crickets for some reason. Do ya'll have any other suggestions?
Mods: this is not a buy/sell post. Just looking for advice on platforms
AG goons who monitor this sub: I am complying with all applicable federal and state laws regarding the transfer and sale of firearms I legally own. Any potential transfer would go through licensed dealers with all applicable background checks completed.
So, it seems like there are three possible outcomes regarding the mag ban:
The state knows they’ll lose, but they’ll drag this out as long as possible while Democrats in the state legislature cook up a permit and tax system. Maybe they even ban carrying standard capacity mags while allowing you to technically possess them. Standard unconstitutional tricks that we’ll have to litigate for another decade.
Consolidation with Duncan vs Bonta. SCOTUS hears the consolidated cases in the 2026/2027 term
NJ’s cert petition is denied and the mandate is issued immediately. This would be the best outcome for us, but it seems highly unlikely
Anything I’m missing? What do we think the probabilities of these outcomes are?
Airport pickup, drop off was a cruise terminal. Original estimate was 30min. Ended up taking 1hr 20min. So I worked over an hour for $14 and lost money on the trip after depreciation/gas/taxes. Uber gave me $0 for the extra time spent on the ride.
The extended trip guarantee is a scam; they’ve stopped paying it. I’ll never do that again.
I still can’t believe we’re about to get a taste of freedom in NJ. But the fight isn’t over; you guys are probably just as paranoid as I am that our anti-2A legislators will try to cook something up to circumvent the decision from the third circuit.
So, we need to make a strong stand at SCOTUS next year. Opening briefs in the Viramontes AWB case are due August 28th—consider donating to help us sustain the momentum:
