it’s been over 10 business days now since they said a white glove service will contact me for the pick up. it’s an embody chair and i hated it the second i sat in it and prompted initiated the return.
anyone have experience with this? it’s an expensive chair and i want my money back cause it didn’t work for me. i’m about to do a charge back because HM support is not responding back to me
goliath is saying that i need at least 5 inches of clearance for open transport, but the type r is 4.8 i believe. enclosed is 1000 more - wondering what people's experience is with open transport.
