Hey guys I purchase Sony XM6 on eBay with eBay certified refurbished for effective 220$ with 2 years warranty ( sadly got to know that hinge break issues are not covered )

I used it for a week or so along side my friends Bose QC ultra 1’s

I felt Sony’s felt a bit delicate and they often are not very comfortable ( which I did not expect)

And the head band often is crooked not being straight

After reading all these reddit posts and all
Every time I use it I was very cautious and delicately using them

Bose on the other hand even though both are Same plastic builds felt much more sturdy in hand and feels premium too

But will definitely miss the case

And I see Bose QC gen 2 for 295$ ( 345$ - 50$ Amex cashback ) Bose offical website

Also one more Bose QC gen 1 for 195$

I did use XM6 and feel the ear cups are a bit small
( have to get extra large 3rd part one’s ) which means 25-30$ extra investment again

And I used QC gen 1 and felt very comfortable default ones

AirPods Max 2 (2026) Open Box sold by Walmart for 354$ is this a better deal over eBay certified refurbished Sony XM6 with 2 year warranty for 220$ ?

Bose QC Ultra Gen 1 for 160$ vs Sony XM 6 for 216$ ( both credited refurbished Bose with 1 year warranty and Sony with 2 years warranty) help me choose

I am getting the Bose quiet comfort ultras gen 1 for 149$
Refurbished ( actually 199$ but a friend wants to get new cushions which are 35 $ )
And I am getting a 50$ credit for 250) spent on Amex card
And a 20$ cash-back with capital-one shopping effectively coming up to 149$ for headphone

Is this a good deal to grab or does Gen 1 have any major issues?

Other option will be XM5 for 150$ - 170$ on eBay or Facebook marketplace place
