My grandmas fish looks like it’s dying

My grans neglected fish is missing a big part of his front fin and body always curves towards the damaged fin side. He was hanging around the top of the pant yesterday but today I literally thought he died he’s just on the floor

She said he’s not eating either and it’s been like 4 weeks of this. He’s in a 5 gallon tank with a filter and a heater. He was fine in his 1 gallon (too small ik) until my gran moved and broke his heater like 2 months ago. That’s when he ate part of his tail and (I’m assuming) his left fin.

I just got her the new tank setup like a week ago and he seems to just be getting worse.

She’s had him for a year. What should I do??

My (new to me) 2012 hyundai touring's aux port either doesnt work or sounds like its coming out of a mosquito unless I physically push super hard and angle upwards. I've tried cleaning out the jack with a spoolie, 99% alc and compressed air but no luck.

Is it super difficult to replace it myself? Or how much should I expect to pay to fix it?

aux port looks exactly like this: https://www.hyundaiforum.com/forum/hyundai-elantra-touring-i30-45/radio-removal-canadian-version-8200/#&gid=1&pid=1

I'm currently using an FM transmitter for music but I often get static or a high frequency noise thats constantly playing unless I crank the volume up till I feel the bass in my spine. Hoping to fix my aux so I can get music either through bluetooth aux tranmitter or wired aux :)

Just got this hand me down Hyundai 2012 Elantra Touring and my dad has been helping me do maintenance on it (brake pads, brake fluid, coolant, etc).

Last night I drove it for the first time on the highway for ~1 hr and this morning it leaked a bit of liquid from under the drivers seat area (where the white plate is). Any ideas on what’s wrong with it?
