Is it odd when an apartment is listed as "Available Now" instead of in 1-2 months? Does that mean the landlord has had trouble finding someone because of issues with the space, the previous tenant left suddenly, etc.? I've always been curious about that because I know most places are listed ahead

Hello! I'm seeking recommendations for a companies/contractors that refinish hardwood floors and companies/contractors that do landscaping (specifically looking for someone who can extract several small to medium to large hedges that have been there for over 20 years). TIA

Re: the hedge removal, I tried on my own with different tools, but this may be a job for a professional...

Also, if there are any contractors to avoid, that would be helpful to know, too. I've crossposted on other local subreddits as well

there's nothing wrong with the way she speaks in the show of course, but there was something about it that kept catching my attention. now that I know the actress is scottish, it makes sense that a canadian accent might sound a bit different from her

I remember seeing a post from one of the CC researchers I follow about this but can't recall. I'd love to reference it or get other thoughts so I can think through when to schedule an upcoming dental procedure. I don't want to delay it until the fall and would love to take advantage of this low period if it'll last for a little while longer.
