Precious was found by one of our fellow rescuer while on the way to work. She appeared to be a victim of a heartbreaking hit-and-run accident. Her right hind leg was already beyond salvageable and severely infected, which led the veterinarian to recommend amputation to save her life.

Despite everything she went through, Precious never gave up.

We are beyond grateful to the kindhearted person who spared no expense for her medication, surgery, and rehabilitation — giving Precious the second chance at life that she truly deserved.

After graduating from her two-week staycation at the vet, Precious officially became part of our shelter family. And every single day, she reminds us that rescued animals are capable of healing, trusting, and loving again.

She is worth every effort, every prayer, and every ounce of love. 💕

Today, Precious continues to inspire us with her strength and resilience. Her journey is proof that compassion can truly change a life. 🙏🐾

One of the hardest parts of running a shelter is not only finding food for the rescues, but making sure the people who help care for them are supported too.. 😔

Our caregivers’ salary is almost due, and honestly, this is one of the biggest struggles we face every month. If generating funds for daily food is already difficult, finding sponsors for manpower and shelter workers is 10x harder 🥹

These are the kuya’s behind the scenes — the ones who wake up early & stay late to cook food for more than 200 rescues, clean the shelter everyday, help give vitamins and supplements, assist sick rescues, and make sure every dog is cared for with love and patience 🩷

Without them, our shelter simply cannot function.

We are humbly knocking on your kind hearts once again. Any amount, no matter how small, can help us pay our hardworking caregivers on time and continue providing proper care for our rescues. 🙏🐾

It’s a busy Tuesday for us… 💔

Someone who knew our shelter exists brought 7 abandoned puppies to our doorstep today.

He said he witnessed a couple from Kapatagan throw the pups in an isolated area 😢

He was not able to catch the culprits because his priority was to bring the puppies to safety immediately.

Honestly were not supposed to take in more rescues because we are already financially struggling, and the daily food expenses alone is exhausting… but how can we turn our back on these 7 innocent, helpless babies? 😭

Some of the puppies are already suffering from mange and all of them badly need deworming, proper food, vitamins, and care. We no longer have extra funds to spare, but we cannot abandon them too.

We are once again knocking on your kind hearts… 🙏

Any amount, dog food, medicines, dewormer, or sharing this post will mean so much to these little souls fighting for a chance to live.

When I first met him, his chances of survival were only 50/50. At such a young age, he already learned how to fend for himself and sadly got infected with one of the deadliest diseases for dogs — blood parasite 💔

Adam is not originally my rescue. He was first saved by a wonderful woman with the biggest heart. She couldn’t bear to leave him behind after seeing him fight so hard for his life. Without hesitation, she brought Adam to the vet and did everything she could to give this little puppy a second chance, never sparing any cost just to save him 🙏

Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to keep Adam because she is only renting and pets are not allowed in the area. That’s when I came into the picture… and the rest is history 😊

Adam is still scheduled for his weekly check-up next week, and we are praying with all our hearts that he will finally be cleared from blood parasite 🙏

For now, Adam already has us wrapped around his tiny paws. He is such a sweetheart and truly worth every penny, every sleepless night, every effort, and every prayer 💖

Praying and hoping that more people will give the voiceless — especially strays — not just a glance, but a real chance at a better life 🐾
