How do you guys hide french lace mesh at hairline.

I'm using french lace with ultrahold, The lace is slightly lighter than my skin. Upon close inspection you can see the grid. And even if you miss a tiny spot or it didn't stick properly the whole edge is clearly shines as white. I'm always insecure, worrying about front edge lifting and seeing it every 3-4 hours. How you guys manage it.

How to hide front knots and mesh of a wig

Hi everyone,

I'm 20.M and unfortunately started dealing with frontal hair loss at a young age. After saving up for quite a while, I finally bought a French lace wig. It was a big purchase for me, so I'm trying to take the best possible care of it.

I've spent a lot of time learning how to install it, and I'm finally ok with how it looks. But the issue is that the knots are still visible. So i tried bleaching. Then a bitter truth hit me. It is factory dyed and bleaching doesn't work.

I want to hide:

  1. The front lace mesh which is lighter than my skin

  2. And knots

If bleaching doesn't work is there any other methods?

I've heard about concelar, tint spray I'm confused I don't have any idea how to use these products. What if sweating or water touches?. And during reapplication will it complicate things? Should I need to apply everyday?. I'm so lost, your help is truly appreciated, sorry for posting here but only you guys know about these products.

How to make wig's hair look like it's coming from scalp

Hi everyone,

I'm 20M and unfortunately started dealing with frontal hair loss at a young age. After saving up for quite a while, I finally bought a human hair French lace wig. It was a big purchase for me, so I'm trying to take the best possible care of it.

I've spent a lot of time learning how to install it, and I'm finally ok with how it looks. The only issue is that the knots are still visible, so I'd like to bleach them myself.

After doing some research, I ordered bleach powder that came with a 30-volume developer, and I also bought a 20-volume developer because I wasn't sure which would be safer.

I have a couple of small lace offcuts that I can practice on before touching the actual wig.

My goals are to:

Make the front hairline look more natural.

Keep the wig in good condition for as long as possible.

For those of you with experience bleaching French lace wigs:

Would you recommend 20 or 30 volume developer?

How thick should the bleach mixture be?

Approximately how long would you leave it on?

Any tips to prevent the bleach from bleeding through the lace and lightening the hair roots?

I'd really appreciate any advice or frist time mistakes to avoid. Thanks!

Advice to bleach lace knots DIY

Bleached hair systems are 3x expensive. So i purchased a unbleached one. Ordered a blonder with 30vol developer. Also ordered 20vol developer... Can anyone advice how to bleach it? It's dark Balck. French lace. And I have no purple shampoo. Can we bleach so the frontline looks natural even with no shine tape? So i can skip messy glue?

On scale of 1-10 How realistic is this for 20M?

For 20M how realistic is Frontline, density & overall look?. Also suggest how to make it more realistic. Anyway to apply glue so precisely that edges won't lift off and excess glue won't look like that? It's frontal french lace(unbleached)with ultrahold glue.

How to verify no shine tape authenticity

I've ordered no shine tape from walker's official India distributor. The pre cuts are 20% cheaper than roll unlike other countries.

I'm suspicious cuz:

They came in without any brand box despite the cost.

The edges front, back, sides are sticky.

Each tape lightly stick to the other.

Some low cost fake sellers also sell in this bag, their product looks scary real too.

How can I verify this is orginal walker no shine?

Does scalp protector really improves hold time?

What does scalp protector mainly protects you from based on your experience? Sweat or bacteria or itching or improving adhesion?. Personally did you find it increases hold time?

Have you used Walker no shine tape?

  1. How many days you get before the front edges lifting up?

  2. Hairline invisibility?

  3. Easy to clean from lace?

NEED ADVICE ON WALKER TAPE LACE FRONT VS NO SHINE.

Mine is frontal hair system 2.3 cm(just lace) width and forehead length.

PLAN : use tape and glue(very front).

DOUBTS:

  1. Should i use LACE FRONT or NO SHINE.
  2. Should i use either of them alone without needing of glue?
  3. You have any better method?

OBJECTIVE : I'm student living in hostel with other people. So long hold, quick & easy maintainance, natural front line.
