hello i decided to save up for a stand mixer finally and im looking at what my best option would be,
a lot of people say kitchenaid is a must have but id like to hear more opinions

things i need to be able to do with it are mostly pizza and bread doughs, cake batter and occasionally butter

i heard that a lot of stand mixers struggle with doughs even the more basic kitchenaid so wouldn't want to get the wrong one just for it to not work

attachments would be nice but not a must have

1. i heard that tinfoil doesnt work anymore and to use sphaira instead, i installed that but im wondering if theres a way to add a game shop to it, i remember having one in tinfoil

2. as i dont have an sd card reader rn i did all updates through usb on my pc and using aio updater is there a good way to check if everything is installed correctly/if its the right versions? just in case cause before i did everything on the sd card

3. more of a for fun question but any recommendations for what apps to download? i have not used this switch in years so no idea what new was made

hello im planning on making a big patch of lamb madras soon and want to freeze most of it in portions for some easy meals later

what i want to know is whats the best way to go about it and what to freeze them in

my only thought is to kinda shred the lamb after its been cooked so that it fits better in what i decide to freeze it in, im thinking freezer bags? or one of those bigger ice cube trays but no idea what ones to get

any help is welcome :)
