Power clean 160lbs

I started training these a couple weeks ago, with really no practice or technique

So you can go ahead and let me have it, at what weight am I going to fall over on my back?

Squat 350lbs

One set at three fifty with the homemade weightlifting belt i made, i copied the six point five millimeter dominion strength belt they sell for 130$

I copied the product that dominion strength sells for 130$

Theirs is a little bit thicker at 7 mm, and I bought a side of skirting, but it was only 4.8mm

But I built some shelves, and I completed the belt in a couple hours...good value

Weightlifting belt

I built a weightlifting belt, i copied the single ply product that dominion strength sells...theirs is 6.5mm mine is 4.8 mm, i bought the thickest side you can it's called skirting

Anyway, looks great. I'm gonna squat three fifty tomorrow with it
