Roz roz maid ke tantrums aur leaves se pak gaya hu. Sach me advice chahiye 😭😭

Ghar ka ye daily drama ab seriously dimag kharab kar raha hai. Hamari maid bina bataye random leaves le leti hai aur jab aati hai tab bhi har cheez pe problem hoti hai.

Kal raat thode friends aaye the toh obviously kitchen me utensils zyada ho gaye the. Aaj subah aake ek baar dekha aur seedha bol diya “itne bartan mujhse nahi honge” aur kaam kiye bina hi chali gayi.

Sabse zyada irritating cheez ye unpredictability hai. Roz subah ye tension rehti hai ki aaj aayegi bhi ya nahi. Accha behave karo, time pe paise do, phir bhi mental peace zero hai.

Tum log kaise handle karte ho aisi situations? Koi better system nikala hai kya ya kuch aur jugaad? Genuine advice chahiye because ab ye roz ka headache ho gaya hai.

Small business owners: how are you doing competitor research without an agency?

I run a lean team and got quoted ₹4 lakh+ per month by an agency for competitor monitoring and market insights. No chance that fits our budget right now. So I’ve been doing it manually every week, checking websites, social pages, reviews, pricing changes, job posts and newsletters. It works, but it’s eating 4 to 5 hours weekly, which is time I should be spending on sales. How are other small business owners handling this without burning time or cash?

Funny how parents trust counsellors more than their own kids 😭

I’ve been explaining courses, countries, visas, post-study work permits etc for MONTHS. No effect. Then my counsellor from an edu tech website says the exact same thing on a call and suddenly my parents are like: “Haan that makes sense.” They answered my parents’ fears directly instead of only hyping universities. I should be annoyed but honestly I’m just relieved the conversation finally moved forward. I think Indian parents sometimes just want reassurance from someone who’s seen the process before. Would love to know if others also had to bring a “third person” into the discussion to make parents more comfortable.

Agency people, how are you guys tracking competitors for multiple clients without burning out?

Handling competitor analysis for one brand is manageable, but once you start managing multiple client accounts together it becomes genuinely exhausting. Every client has different competitors, different platforms to track, different campaign styles, different audiences, and different things they want insights on. One client wants ad insights, another wants content trends, another suddenly wants to know why a competitor’s engagement is growing so fast. Our team was honestly handling all this through spreadsheets, saved posts, ad libraries, alerts, screenshots, and random weekly checks. It works initially, but after a point it becomes way too chaotic and time consuming. Feels like agencies seriously need a smarter and more structured way to track competitor activity now instead of manually checking everything every single day

Every "study in Germany for free" video should come with a disclaimer.

Yes, public tuition is low. I'm not saying Germany is expensive compared to the US/UK, but the "almost free" narrative can seriously mess with planning if your finances are tight. Are there any better way to figure this out or i have to do everything by myself, going through youtube for 1 month without sleeping 😭😭😭

I currently have 12 active portfolio companies across SaaS, fintech, logistics, and some consumer plays. Almost every founder ends up asking the same thing at some point what are competitors doing right now

I can stay reasonably close to maybe 1 or 2 sectors, but beyond that it becomes pretty unmanageable. Tracking multiple competitors across pricing changes, hiring trends, product updates, reviews, launches etc every week just doesn't scale manually

At the same time, completely ignoring it isn't great either since competitive movement tends to impact fundraising narratives, growth expectations, and even GTM decisions

How are people here dealing with this across their portfolio? Do you mostly rely on founders to track their own space, or has anyone set up a more structured way to stay updated across companies?

Caught this at the match last night. Only Delhi fans will travel all the way, strip down, paint letters on their bodies and stand in a packed stadium like it's completely normal. No hesitation, no embarrassment, just full send. 💀😂

Spotted these guys going full chest-paint mode at the RCB vs DC match. Turns out DC did not, in fact, got this.

Some insta pages have started teasing that an Indian female contestant might be in the Beast Games voting list dropping tonight. People in comments are guessing Shikha Singh?? Not sure if it's just speculation but interesting how TV actors are entering these global formats now.
