In need of a POCO X6 Pro 5G screen + frame in Nigeria
I would like to order the screen as it is having ghost touch issues. Has anyone ordered a new screen and had everything working properly? 120 Hz, fingerprint?

Bottom Part of Screen Stops Responding/Screen Flickers When Charger is Connected
Just as the title says. This started yesterday after I got home from playing football.
I gave my friend my phone to record me while playing football.
It drizzled a bit while I was on the pitch. When I got home, I noticed it at night when I was charging and streaming a WC game.
Can anyone help?

Outrageous increment of rent
The compound I'm living in got sold to a new owner. Two years ago, the rent was increased to 250,000/year. Last year, it got increased to 350,000/year.
The new owner in just less than a week of owning the new compound, not having fixed any pending issues sent a letter of increment to 800,000/year starting next year.
Is this kind of increase allowed? What can be done?

Can't get updates after returning to HyperOS
As the ttitle says. I've been on a custom ROM so I flashed HyperOS 2.209 Global since it's the version with fastboot.
For some reason, I have not gotten an OTA to HyperOS 3. NOTE: I had flashed HyperOS 2 when OS 3 released and saw the OTA. So it's surprising.
What's more surprising is, I downloaded the recovery update to locally update and I keep getting this on the screenshot.
Two separate HyperOS 3 updates from two different sites. MemeOSupdates and xmfirmware.
I even redownloaded the 2.209 update. Even 2.210 not available
Did Xiaomi recall the updates?
