Now 3 VC-backed competitors launched with 10x my features and free tiers. They have teams, I have nights and weekends. My churn is creeping up because I can’t ship fast enough.

For solo indie hackers doing AI app development, how do you survive against funded teams? Do you niche down harder, focus on brand, or find a technical co-founder? I can’t raise and don’t want to. Revenue is $720 MRR. Need to hit $3k to go full-time.

We have 800 blog posts. No internal links between them. Doing it manually would take months. Screaming Frog gives me the data but not the implementation.

I need something that reads each post, finds topically related posts, and inserts natural anchor text links, then updates the CMS. Worried about looking spammy to Google though. Has anyone automated internal linking without getting penalized? What guardrails did you use?

We’re product-led but get 200 signups a week. Sales can’t research everyone. I need new signups enriched with company size, tech stack, and recent funding, then scored and summarized in Slack for the AE. If they hit usage thresholds like 10 API calls or invite 2 teammates, notify sales with a talk track. If they’re from a free email or tiny team, route to nurture.

We have Clearbit and HubSpot but reps don’t check dashboards. It needs to show up where they work with context in 30 seconds.

We just launched a new loyalty program app on the shopify app store, but the organic traffic from the marketp lace is much slower than we anticipated. We’ve tried some basic social media posts, but we really need to reach out to store owners directly to offer them a free trial.
