Double fare of cats in buses? /rsrtc

My sister was charged 410₹ in AC deluxe bus for bringing her kitten with her. She's been travelling with the kitten for like a year now on the same route and has never been charged like this before.

The fare of a male on this route is usually 210₹ and 110₹ for a female. Are there any rules for animals like this?

The kitten was in her cat-bag and not taking up any seat.

Any help would be appreciated.

Why is the download speed so horrendously slow?

I've been using qbittorrent for well over a year and I know most of the features,just yesterday I was getting maximum download speed but it has just stopped working now. There are enough seeds and peers and I've tried other files too,the issue is with qbittorrent itself. I've tried restarting,reinstalling, pretty much everything. Currently on the latest version of v5.2.3. Any help would be appreciated.

Am I fucked?

This cmd shows up every time I open COD MW2 (2022) I downloaded from the real fitgirl. Is it supposed to happen? because I've downloaded tons of games from there and this is the first time it has happened. The game works perfectly but I have to keep these windows open.

Need help finding the right shoe type for bow legs and wide feet.

I have moderate structural genu varum (bow legs) and without shoes,the feet contact the ground neutrally. There's no supination or overpronation but that's barefoot. I looked into some shoes and did gait analysis and came to the conclusion of getting the Asics Gel Cumulus 28s which seemed pretty good for daily neutral trainers but when I tried running into them,my ankles started collapsing inwards (overpronating) due to the foam. I suppose it's due to the bow legs that,combined with the excess foam makes my feet roll inward.

Now I'm looking to get the Asics gt 2000 14. Should I get them? or are there any better choices in similar price range? Any help would be appreciated.

Note : there are no good showrooms anywhere near I live so I must do all the homework myself before ordering online.
