Problem/Goal: For months we planned to have our house have a second floor but because of the earthquakes natatakot kami.
Context: our house if small. not even 100 square meters and first floor lang and there are 5 of us living in it. i share my bedroom with my mom. sis shares her bedroom with her bf. dad has his own bedroom. walang living room, just dining room lang deretso. we cannot exnpand the house kasi barangay ito na shoulder to shoulder ang mga bahay. the only way to truly give us more space is to get a second floor.
Here's the problem, kapag magka second floor kami and may strong earthquake, we wont be able to exit the place fast enough through the gate, plus, baka mag crumbling down yung floor sa second floor and come crashing down sa tatay namin who would be at the first floor sleeping or resting. dad is a stroke survivor and cannot run like a normal person. even his way of walking is slow. so our plan is to let him stay in his bedroom na closest to the gate (exit) in case of fire and earthquakes.
please be kind, and give advice. we want to imrpove our lviing situation and sikip kasi sa bahay mukhang condo na for 3 people lang but 5 kami. i dont have a proper desk for my laptop and for studying i use our dinner table. that's how small the house is. we dont have a proper kitchen it's just a stove outside on a table. we're not rich but please suggest something that can both improve our lives and also maximize our safety.
would it be better if our second floor was simple made of wood or should it still be made of cement? thanks for any advice <3
I had a parcel and it never arrived. I checked the shopee app and it was delivered 4 days prior. The rider never called me nor texted me afaik.
I checked the image in the proof of delivery and saw the rider's pic where it was someone's skinny legs with checkers pink shorts wearing a fanny pack. The gate was correct (it was ours) but it wasn't me. I'm fat and wasn't home but my dad and my sister's bf was home to receive the already paid parcel.
Contact shopee's customer service because I was thinking the rider gave it to the weong person. Asked my sister's bf if he received the parcel (he's skinny) and he said he was surprised at the picture and asked "whose pants are those?" And since dad is a big guy (and I'm fat) nobody else could be suspected as the receiver of the parcel
Like i said before i contacted shopee's customer service and the live agent told me they'll take action. Guess what. They cancelled the refund. I raised another refund request reporting that i never received the parcel. But the live agent said that the RIDER said that the parcel was delivered.
And bro like what ._. I sent photos of my legs to show proof that I'm not the person in the photo and the legs in the Proof of Delivery weren't my legs. Again, I'm fat.

My refund was simply cancelled and I just contacted DTI. so yeah, don't think you'll get a refund 100% of the time. You have to fight to get the refund.
It's harder because the rider showed a "proof of delivery" WHO ISN'T ME and I CAN'T prove I never received the parcel because what am i supposed to show as proof? My empty hand??

I gotta be honest I feel like a loser for relying on A.I. to build it for me. I have started to learn python since the end of April 2026 but i feel like the things im learning are either too basic or i have no idea how to actually go from beginner to intermediate.
i found a female youtuber who vibe coded her app and earned money and prompted the A.I. 250 times just to make the app happen. How long does it typically take you to prompt something so it will become the perfect app you imagined.
Do you understand ehat the code the ai created even partially or do you have no clue at all in how it works and you just copy and paste it?
