My xhs account has been restricted for ages, and i‘ve decided to finally get it back like 2 months ago. unfortunately, the window, telling me to verify my identity has disappeared, so i verified my identity through the settings. nothing happened. i looked back on my restriction notice and it says it will br lifted after i verify my identity, WHICH I HAVE DONE 😭 i‘ve submitted like 3 appeals, but nothing has worked, and i‘m so frustrated. I‘d even delete my account and start a new one but i can’t even do thag because i wouldn’t be able to use my phone number i used on my restricted account. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA HOW TO GET MY ACCOUNT BACK OR MAKE A NEW ACCOUNT? i‘m so desperate at this point

I have two videos, one that i posted a couple weeks ago and one today, that do not show up on my profile. I can see them myself but other people can’t. It’s not like they aren’t getting any views, but they are getting significantly less views than my other videos and i want people to be able to see them through my profile. I never got any notifications of any restrictions and it says nothing in the analytics of the videos. I’ve tried tiktok support but it’s absolutely useless, does anyone know a solution?
