I feel like Im not improving

I've posted on here kinda a lot but Ive been practicing around 1 hr - 2 hr everyday this summer (normally 30 minutes) but I haven't seen any change, especially in my playing speed.

I start with some scales, then some long tones, then I'll do 3-5 technical exercises my teacher assigned me, then I'll work on an etude with a metronome (tbf, I just started using a metronome like 2 weeks ago), then I'll work on a piece and I'll sight read if I have some time. The issue is is that I haven't played any faster, and I don't really feel an improvement. The fastest I can tongue a scale is like 105 bpm and even that takes a couple of tries. I know speed isn't everything but it just sucks when every etude is like 120 bpm and you can only play 85

Any tips on how to play faster???

Is there a way I can get tested for multiple things

My counselor recommended for me to get tested for ADHD, but they couldn't really do anything but recommend because it didn't appear to be affecting my school regarding grades, so I decided to ask my parents about it during the summer. I kinda forgot that they were incredibly ableist so I tried to bring up how I wanted to get tested so the following school year can go smoother. Except I have never seen my mom's (a literal technician) face contort into such a cruel grimace, telling me she pitied my friends but also thought that they were trying to hack the school system into getting advantages and somehow I pushed her further from that idea.

Then one day we were talking and I brought it up again and she told me that she and my dad were thinking about it but didn't want to because they didn't want my future patients to think I was crazy if I ever got diagnosed and something about knowing that I take medication which doesn't make sense but alr ig. Fortunately, she also told me that if I really wanted to get tested that I could but like the dumbass I am I declined because I knew there was only one right asnwe and it wasnt the one I wanted.

Now, I really do want to get the ADHD test but I also wanna see if I can get tested for more things since my mind is deadass a jail cell. I struggle with feeling like I'm going to go to hell and that I'm a terrible person and I secretly hate my family without knowing and I have to pray for forgiveness but it doesn't matter because I'm destined for hell And what even happens after death. sorry about the rambling but I just want to have a more broad form of diagnosing because I don't remember when attention deficit hyperactivity disorder included all this moral guilt and this strange aversion towards the number 4 haha I think I'm going insane

I love my parents I hope but I don't want to keep getting told to "breathe" and "slow down" and "exercise more" every time I confide in them about my thoughts

edit: I feel like I should clarify that the reason I want to get like a more broad form of diagnosing is becsuse my parents can barely handle the concept of me possibly having ADHD they will actually freak if I asked to get diagnosed with something like anxiety or yeah and I don't like that they know that I have a body and can form negative thoughts that might be a little too negative for the average person but who knows and there's also no family history because they don't want to and they're old asian people why would they

edit 2: I have to get this off my chest because I've just been stressing as I write this but I swear I love my family and I want them to be safe and alive and healthy and happy and I wouldn't trade them for the world and I love them yeah

School, hormones, and I'm so tired

I really don't want to go to school, not just because it's my first year in highschool but also because my periods are so irregular and long. I got my period more than 2 years ago and in those two years my periods have been more than a week long and strangely frequent (like 15-21 days). Sometimes I do actually get my periods monthly but that's only for 1-2 months before I get another period like 2 weeks later. I got 3 periods in September, meaning I was on my period for 21/30 days which just sucks and this isn't the first time. It always happens during trips too, but I am incredibly fortunate to not get any cramps.

I always just thought it was my hormones changing and I just had to wait to the 2 year mark but now I realize that yes, it was hormones, but it was also the fact that I was constantly stressed during school. My period has been completely fine this summer until I got some news regarding family that really stressed me out and 1 day later I'm on my period (I still had 1 week before my period should've started). This hasn't been to only time where I stress out and my period just magically starts a few days later even though I still had 1 or 2 weeks before it should've started. I know it's primarily hormonal changes and how I'm growing and whatnot but I really don't want to go back to having crazy irregular and long periods.

Im constantly stressed during school and even during the summer, but my stress in school just skyrockets even in the first few days (idk why I think I'm just naturally like that) and I don't think I'll ever have a normal period if I keep this up. I can't help but feel jealous at my friends with their 5 day periods sometimes.

Just wanted to rant I feel so inconsiderate and selfish if I told my friends bc I know they struggle with cramps and so much more but sometimes I can't help but feel like they've all mentally gotten it figured out and I'm just lacking behind

Edit: I was recommended by Reddit to put this in the PMS subreddit?? So if you see this and feel like it's inappropriate or insensitive I can always delete my pos!

I have no clue how to start studying for AMC 10

For context I am heading into 9th grade doing precalculus but I literally suck this type of stuff. I did algebra 1 in 6th grade and geometry in 7th, but when I did amc 8 in 8th grade (I didn't study) I got a 12/25. I'm broke but am willing to learn or at least experience AMC 10 where I get a decent score (looking for at least 90). The issue is is that I cannot do this type of math (like the type that branches out of school curriculum). I tried doing a practice test and could only get FOUR questions 😭 😭 😭 any tips?

And yes I have thought about doing different competitions that are outside of math
