over the counter beta blocker?
i've tried to donate about 4 times in the last feek weeks and my heart rate has always been way too high. i want to know if there's any medication that could help lower my heart rate that wouldn't get me deferred, and that i could get OTC. i've looked into several beta blocker types but they seem to all require a prescription
