My monitor is 1440p 60fps so do you think guys paying for more than double for 9800x3d is waste of money for 60fps?

Leaning toward 5070

because it's cheaper, I read that nvidia better for emulation, dlss more widespread and better than fsr, and less troubleshoot in games with nvidia
