Less than 24 hrs ago, my PayPal got charged with a 58.98$ for a 1 year subscription while new users are getting 5 years for that price. I purchased a 2 year plan back Apr 2024 to watch football league from my home country. I am pretty sure I have removed the payment details right after I bought it, I have removed the payment method since don't trust other sites and apps except Apple app store. I periodically check PayPal to review and remove all recurring payment links. But I have no clue how Pure VPN was able to charge this.

I was only aware that my subscription was ending this and not renewing. I may have missed the email notification about the renewal in between all the promotional emails. I got in touch with support immediately, but there billing team responded casually that' how it is, .. tough luck and please read the "refund guidelines". I do understand that there are terms and conditions, but it is not fair to refuse this reversal request when I am not using the service anymore and notified the support within 5 mins of the charge.

If anyone honest from the support team can help with this please.

I haven’t used an action camera since hero 7 black, i don’t remember how hard I had to pull. Is it just my unit or the M1 pro generally needs some extra pull and wiggle to unmount the battery?
