Hi - For about a year (March 2025 - March 2026) I used Colgate Max White Charcoal toothpaste. I bought a multipack of 6 tubes. Then I started noticing my teeth gradually beginning to yellow. So eventually I stopped. Ever since then I did some research (ChatGPT) and it suggested that the charcoal may have eroded some of the enamel. Is there truth to this? Would you recommend anything?
