I found this Barbie Extra girlie whilst thrifting. She wears a Barbie and Ken date playset blouse, a Hermoine doll skirt, lolomg leggings i cut into pop socks, and some fashion fever boots. Her hair took forever to get silky smooth, and i had to cut around an inch off! I used nail varnish remover to take the stars off of her face (i would have kept them if they were freckles, but I couldn't get the image of pimple patches out of my head).

What do you guys think? Should I have layered her hair?

Found this gorgeous Disney Store London Ariel, and I am beyond smitten. I boil washed her frazzled hair in some large curlers and made her sparkle. What do you guys think? I don't have many Disney dolls but this one fits Barbie clothes and shoes way better than my Belle or Cinderella.

Also, does anyone have any tips on straightening her lower legs? I think she was in that thrift shop bargain tub for a WHILE.

I have identified my curly headed brunette as 2021 Fashionista #182, and she's wearing the 2012 Barbie Volkswagen Beetle dress. The unidentified Teresa (?) is wearing the 2012 Barbie Gown Life Fashion 3 dress. I also can't work out #182's face mould? I'm so pleased to add these gorgeous ladies to my gang.

So I thrifted this gorgeous Cloe a long time ago, and I've never gotten around to displaying her as her hair did not clean up well when I conditioned/boil washed.

Is there any way to save the affected hair, or am I going to have to give her a chop? I really don't want to because I like my dolls to have their original factory settings, but in this case, I feel like I have no choice?

I'm going to restore them and then return them to the charity shop as they don't fit with my collection, but they're very cute and I'd love to know who they are before I send them to their forever homes.

I think the middle doll and the far right doll are the exact same only one is missing her hand.
