I just finished my first Cobi kit and I’m wondering about the scale. The kit says it’s 1:28 scale, but compared to my other non-Cobi kits, it seems smaller. Here it is next to my T-34/85 model. I read the 85 was larger because of in bigger gun and turret, but I don’t know how much bigger the body is in comparison.
I recently started building brick models to help me slow down on my scrolling. I’m retired and have plenty of free time. I’m also hoping this is good for my fine motor skills, focus, and concentration. I’ve had pretty good luck so far, only needing to contact a vendor once for a missing part.
My ex got a paid off townhouse, 50% of my 401k, and 35% of my pension in the divorce settlement. It’s been 12 years since the divorce and during that time my ex sold the townhouse and spent all the proceeds. She has also spent most of the 401k. She was 53 at the time of divorce, worked part time for less than 2 years, and “retired “. She has moved back and forth across the country twice. Staying in nice hotels for months at a time, then renting in an expensive area. She moved back to my area recently and wants me to move out of my house so she can move in. Wants me to continue to pay the mortgage and give her money for home improvements. She “needs” a year of no rent to pay off all the debt she has accumulated. She is also asking our adult children for financial support. For years she has bashed me to our children. I was abusive, cruel, perverted, porn addict, etc. she was the perfect wife and mother. She did everything…. She can’t understand why she’s not invited over for dinner, birthdays, holidays, or special occasions.
Her delusional thinking is incomprehensible to me and our kids.
