I’m looking for an adult medical diaper/brief available that doesn't leak and is cheap per unit in Canada.

I tried Tranquility ATN and liked that it didn’t leak, but the tapes are the problem. If I wake up at night or have a dry night, it’s hard to remove and put back on. The tapes don’t reattach well and scratch the outside.

I like Depend because it’s easy to remove and wear again, but it leaks overnight for me.

Is there anything as easy as Depend, but with better overnight leak protection and preferably a good price per unit in Canada?

I grew up in a toxic abusive household with a narc mother and now that I am out; I realized the friends I had were similar. The ones I have been there for many times. Most of them just act like her.

I have had to distance myself. How do I make sure I don’t end up with narcs as friends, acquaintances and a significant other?

I had to stop talking to all my “close” friends when I realized they exhibited the same signs as my narc mother.

When I was living in an extremely abusive household, it was hard to see how my friends were since I was drowning at home.

I left home and now I realized they do the same thing. I helped a friend move out, help them pack and spent all of Saturday and Sunday doing that. The moment, I asked for a referral for MasterCard credit card, he kept making excuses. I was shocked.

I asked a friend who graduated 3 years ago and we aren’t even close and the guy referred me asap.

That’s just one example. Friends who I have been there for me anytime they are going through a breakup, moving out, packing and any stuff happening in their life didn’t even check on me or offer to help me in any way.

Just like my mom. Wanting to use you for all your resources but don’t want to help you at all.

I was using both Claude Pro and ChatGPT Plus to create flashcards, and I have been getting 80s in my classes since I started using Anki and converting everything to flashcards. Claude usually stops after a few sessions, and I got tired of it.

I used to create flashcards using ChatGPT Plus from the ebooks my school gives me.

Currently, ChatGPT outright refuses, saying it's a copyrighted book and can't be altered, even though I keep telling it that my school distributed it and that I only need it to pass my exams.

What prompt can I use on ChatGPT Plus so it can accept any textbooks and make flashcards? I am majoring in cybersecurity.

Things like pepper spray aren’t allowed. Bear spray is allowed but only for hikes. I had someone shove me extremely hard and choke me and I weigh around 120lbs!
All I did was freeze. I didn’t even get to report it since I felt extreme shame!
