Private Transfer or Taxi from Airport to resort

Visiting Aruba in late September. Usually when we visit Mexico or The Dominican Republic I always book a private transfer as that is what's recommended for those destinations.

But I was looking at the Taxi website and it indicates that a taxi for 2 passengers with 2 pieces of luggage is $37USD each way, but looking at Amstar they want $180 USD roundtrip.

Is it easy to get a taxi from the airport and back or should I be booking a private transfer. It's over a $100 difference.

Wax finish after pressing?

I am looking at a local shop to get a transfer made and pressed and they offer an add-on that I have never seen before...

I am pretty sure this is snake oil, but figured I would ask here.

The website advertises an add-on:

Add a protective wax finish that helps prevent your print from peeling, cracking and fading so your design stays sharp wash after wash. Most customers choose wax protection for extra durability.

I haven't seen this on any other site so I tend to think this isn't necessary. My assumption would be that they are applying this wax to maybe the Teflon sheet then doing another pressing...

Does Rogers cutoff Internet if preauthorized debit fails?

So my fiance's business credit card was compromised and she has Rogers setup for automatic billing.

Looking at her previous month's bills and the transaction date is usually the 10th of the month, but she will not receive her new card for a few days, so won't be able to update the Rogers automatic billing until she gets the new card.

Will Rogers cut off her service when the authorization on the old credit card fails?

Help to identify old Maui & Sons font

Tried a couple of AI font identifiers and they didn't come very close. I assume it's a font, although it could have been hand lettered for Tshirt printing.

I would appreciate some help, thanks.

How much black to remove.

So I'm in the process of creating my first DTF transfer. I've watched a few video tutorials about half tones and knockout, and I've got a question about how much black to remove.

After I have completed my current process all of the black with colour 0,0,0 (RGB) has been removed, but I am still left with random pixels where there is the equivalent of black like 1,0,0 - 0,1,0 - 0,0,1 etc. If I leave those pixels in place then I assume I am going to see a bunch of random black dots wherever those pixels exist.

Is there a quick way of not just removing 0,0,0 but even more? Do I need to bring up the black level more than I am currently during the step when I am adjusting levels?

CPU changed fTPM warning after Windows update

So twice in the last 3 months after a Windows update I've received the warning message from my computer about a new processor being detected and whether I'd like to reset fTPM. I select Yes because it doesn't matter for Windows 10. (I have an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X)

I didn't change the processor, and I am not aware of any BIOS updates coming in Windows updates. I'm not sure if there is some underlying problem with my computer or is this common with AMD CPUs where TPM is enabled.

(Note I have TPM enabled because I am planning to move to Windows 11 in the next few months, so I wanted to make sure the computer is compatible)

My fiance and I both own our homes. Her Mom and Daughter live with her. (Daughter will be in University when we get married)

The plan is that once we get married that she will keep ownership of her condo, but move into my place. Her Mom and Daughter will continue to live in the Condo.

My understanding is that at some point she will lose the primary residence tax exemption on her condo. When does that happen? Is it immediately after she moves in with me?

Also when she eventually sells the condo, when is the capital gain calculated from, is it based on the purchase price, or is it based on the value the day she moved out?

If it's based on when she moved out I guess it would be a good idea to get a documented appraisal from a realtor?
