What does PVE mode affect for single player?
I want to turn on pve mode to get rid of cryosickness, but I don’t want it messing with my settings or my world, does it change anything other than PvP and cryopods?

I can’t throw spears
I can hold down L2 and it does the animation where you hold the spear up about to throw, but when I press R2 it just does the melee attack, I play on PS5 for context, if anyone has experienced this before or know what’s happening help would be greatly appreciated
Edit: I’m stupid, I figured it out myself, I just had to let go of L2 when it starts shaking

Is this happening for anyone else?
This happens in all of the menus, even when talking to npc’s random images appear behind the text, I’ve never seen this before and just want to know why and how to fix it
