I’m currently on maintained status whilst waiting for PR, and my dream is to get my commercial pilots licence. However, on my work permit it says:

“Unless authorized, prohibited from attending any educational institution or taking any academic, professional or vocational training course”

Does anyone know if this would include a pilot’s licence? And if it would, is there a way to get an exception?

First time I watched the show I thought he was a right jerk, but having watched it again I find myself kinda liking him in a way.

What was your opinion of him the first time you watched it, and did it change over time?

I understand that at death our bodies switch off, so to speak, but what I can’t grasp is that there’s something in the body that gives this collection of cells and organs life and consciousness, how can that just cease to be? How can that life force end?

I’d be interested to learn what you have to say about what you think death truly is, and what happens after it.
