Hi, so I reached final gw 6/13/26 145 my weight was 144.8 was on 10.5mg tirz.
Sw 2/5/25 231, 60 y/o female 5’6

Anyway, I reduced to 10mg last 2 shots. My TDEE for maintenance is 1,900 with moderate exercise. I walk/steps 4 miles a day, swim laps in pool every other day and do lower leg strengthening resistance bands every other day and alternate with upper body/arms

Today I weighed 144.2 I have been able to eat decently, usually around 1,700-1,800 but of course have small frequent meals due to fullness. I have minimal food noise, and have been on 10.5-10mg for almost 7 months.

I know it’s early and I have to figure out for my body, but I guess question I’m asking the room, in your opinion, should I go down to 9.5mg next Sunday? and since we all stayed on doses at least 4 weeks, does that apply when titrating down? Thanks

I want to stay on weekly, I don’t plan on spreading out dose

Funny, in all this time my husband has never had being achy/malaise as a side effect with BPI no additives. Yesterday had first shot with B6 and today he did Lol

Granted, the last BPI BuD was 2/26 BUT even before the BUD expired, didn’t have it. Of course no one knows my husband, he literally never complains about anything. So I asked how feeling today, he slept late too, and said “damn, I got up and was achy, never had that before. Like working out achy”

Only thing he has ever had was reflux (but he has suffered with that b4 tirz) ONCE had bad diarrhea when increased dose in fall.

At first I was thinking 🤔 maybe lost effectiveness a tad with last vial, but then said no? Didn’t have that before BUD expired, so 🤷‍♀️ just interesting Lol

Woot! Had labs done in August 2025, much improved but had some little bit high values.

Did labs again in February:
HDL was better at 48 but still low
BUN was 30(H)
BUN/Creatinine 44(H)
Calcium 10.8(H) was high in August also

So cut back on protein from over 100 plus grams to 80-85g now all normal, cut back on vit D and calcium normal!

Cholesterol 154
A1c 5.0
