Why would I get the msg in the upper right hand in the slides attached? And how do I get around it?

Kodi language-scrapes
I’m using vanilla Kodi 21.2 omega. Hisense Google tv. The Crew is my add on. When I select my tv favorites with RD and TorBox, torrentio is usually the only scraper that comes back. It almost always provides the wrong episodes not the one I requested.. it also gives me mostly Spanish even tho I have English only selected in tools.
So how do I get English scrapes only?
How do I get other scrape providers?
Any help is appreciated!
