Looking for a 2BHK in JP Nagar / Jayanagar / HSR / Bannerghatta Road / Indiranagar / Domlur — Budget 35-42K

Hey everyone, my wife and I are looking for a 2BHK to move into, ideally immediately. Posting here since we've had decent luck finding good leads on Reddit before.

A bit about us: married couple, both working professionals, no pets, documents ready to go so we can move fast once we find the right place.

**Budget:** 35-42K/month, can stretch a bit more for a really good society with good amenities

**Preferred areas (in order of preference):** JP Nagar, Jayanagar, HSR Layout, Bannerghatta Road, Indiranagar, Domlur — also open to nearby areas if the place is good

**Furnishing:** Semi-furnished preferred, but flexible

**Move-in:** Immediate, flexible on exact date

If anyone knows of a place that's vacating soon, or has recommendations for good societies/builders in these areas, would really appreciate it. Also open to broker contacts if they're reliable. Happy to answer any questions in the comments.

Thanks in advance.

Joining date is 20th July, Haven't recieved the DLaunch Details

Got my offer letter on June 22nd, DStart is upto date, NHR also done (got multiple mails regarding NHR not clear, but I have mailed whatever was required on time).

Also got a mail 'Additional Documents/ Information Required_Deloitte Background Verification' because my previous company no longer exists, so I shared all details from Bank Statements, Payslips, Resignation letter, Experience and relieving letter, exit formalities of previous company, also my promotion mails too.

Only thing I wasn't able to share was the PF statement from the EPFO portal which is not working at all been trying for awhile.

And my last email was about uploading picture for the DBadge

After that no mail, the reason why I'm writing and asking you all is because, all my friends who are joining on 20th July have received there Dlaunch Mails and Onboarding advisory contact.

What should I do?

It is Friday and it should have come by now.

TL;DR - 20th Joining but haven't recieved DLaunch mails and Onboarding advisory. Friends joining same day received all mails. I'm the exception what to do?

EDIT: Finally I received the mail an hour back, mailing them as per the comments have helped. Thank You everyone, I can tell my anxiety to rest up!

Appupan with Dementia poured water all over Inverter and battery, mistaking light as fire

As it says it title

This a rant and venting out frustration at the situation

I was sleeping and I woke up to the sounds of my grandma shouting at grandpa, like enthu ningal cheythathu?

And I woke up at exactly 1:20 am.

I went down and checked (attached images)

He basically poured a lot of water on the inverter and battery unit.

I panicked and asked shall I call electrician, grandma is like let's wait for 8 in the morning.

I didn't know what to do, first I removed the plugs connecting the inverter.

Then on main circuit boards there was no lights.

I took pictures and asked chatgpt on what to do (because of course I'm not an electrician)

I just switched off the bottom right corner switch.

And here I am sweating and can't fall asleep, battery at 30%

For those wondering, grandpa has been staying in this house past 60 years, he has no memory of almost anything

I'm staying with grandparents because there is house renovation happening at my house, so it's just me and both grandparents

EDIT: Finally the electrician came, he kinda fixed it and said that inverter some issue is there, water has gone in probably He put it back and told maybe the charge is gone, let it get connected usually do a trial and error around evening then we can diagnose if inverter has a problem or not. And can remove inverter for the time being if issue persists Now I can go to sleep
