Pep’s advice

Pep’s advice

Hey guys! Bit of an odd question but I’m about to get 1-2years worth of peps.

So far I have tried Reta tesa ipa cagri and ghk, and like them all. There rest are big unknowns as Im going of peoples experiences (I’ve already crossed out nad as I feel it’s not that helpful for younger people, and have removed Selank/semax due to cost and mixed reviews).

Out of the list, what other peps you would say is not worth getting for my needs?

I’m 23, weightlift 5-6x a week, cutting atm to lose belly fat, bulking in 1-2months, and plan to run a test cycle couple of months in. I also currently have a lot of fatigue due to my aggressive cut, and dry skin covered in acne scars (really want to fix this).

Any advice is really appreciated, thanks heaps!

24y/o 68Kgs - Bulk or Cut? And Body Fat %?

Hi All,

Hoping to get some advice. Goal is get to 15% body fat. After I lose my love handles and can see my abs, I plan to lean bulk and build a lot of muscle.

I’m 24y/o, 174cm, desk job full time, gym 5-6x per week (1-1.5hrs weightlifting and no cardio).

Started at 125kgs, Really locked in with gym and diet this year (going from 80 to 68). I started my this year with 1900 calories and 200g protein (at 80kg), down to 1600 calories and 170g protein (68kg).

I’ve pleataued in weight for the past couple of weeks at 67.5-69kg and not sure what to do now. Although I really want to see my abs and get rid of the belly fat, I’m worried I’m going to lose muscle if I decrease my calories further. (getting harder and harder to lose the fat).

Questions:

  1. Is my current deficit okay for the amount of exercise I do? Or should I decrease further?

  2. What would you estimate my body fat percentage to currently be?

  3. is it more fruitful for me to start bulking now instead of continuing the cut?

Ps. I’m not on test, just have bad acne scars😭

Thanks for your advice!

24y/o 68Kgs - start Bulk or Continue Cut? And Body Fat %?

Hi All,

Hoping to get some advice for my path forward. Goal is to lose as much body fat as possible from my current cut and be within 15% body fat. After I lose my love handles and can see my abs, I plan to lean bulk and build a lot of muscle.

I’m 24y/o, 174cm, desk job full time, gym 5-6x per week (1-1.5hrs weightlifting and no cardio).

Started at 125kgs, been cutting for 3 years. Really locked in with gym and diet this year (going from 80 to 68).

Have lost a lot of fat, but I feel I’ve also lost a decent bit of muscle along the way (mostly likely due to calorie deficit).

I started my this year with 1900 calories and 200g protein (at 80kg), down to 1600 calories and 170g protein (68kg).

While I want to see my abs, I don’t really want to keep losing muscle and get weaker. I already struggle to get through my days with the energy I have.

Questions:

  1. Am I cutting too aggressively? Or is my current deficit okay for the amount of exercise I do?

  2. if my calories is still too high for my activity level, how many calories would you say I should be having?

  3. What would you estimate my body fat percentage to currently be?

  4. Is it time for me to start bulking? If not, when would you say is the best time for me to bulk based on my physique?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
