I've sprayed an anti fog spray (I'm guessing rainx with work just as well) through the breather hole and shook the headlight around. As you can see, water returned in the two chambers where I haven't sprayed any. But the other two where it was applied are perfectly clear! Can't wait to see how long this lasts. And to the other two, since I forgot about them.
So because my car is 20 years old now and the factory bose speakers started doing bose things (coils rubbing, paper disintegrating etc.) I'm seriously considering what effect will aftermarket speakers/components have on the sound cancellation system.
I'm assuming that it needs super precise timing so doing anything with the stereo or amplifier is a no go.
But what about speakers? Is putting in different tweeters going to make the system overall less effective? Or worse - make the cabin even louder?
Also on a different subject - does anyone make affordable 3" and 6,5" speakers with 2 ohms?
What do you think would be the best way to control the cars brakes? Talk to the ABS module through CANbus or just attach a servo to the brake pedal?
It works. Only issue I've noticed is that it's noticeably louder than OEM. (Maybe because the oem was dying?). Other than that it works. Fuel trims are dead on zero and the car has full power. Also all the misfire codes are gone. And no the car didn't go up in flames.
