Lexus Key Fobs Found - Buena Vista Park

Found 2 Lexus key fobs on the ground at Buena Vista Park while walking my dogs this afternoon. Left them on the picnic table closest to the Riverside/Bob Hope corner in case anyone is looking for them.

Workout Sharing

Hi All -

Does MacroFactor allow you to share a custom exercise or workout after you have created it, similar to how you can share custom foods or recipes with someone in the nutrition app?

I am looking for an app my partner and I can both use to help track our progress without having to create the workouts twice every day. One of the best parts about the nutrition app is when I make dinner or add a new custom food, I can just share a link vs having to recreate the recipes in two different apps and hoping that the workout app has a similar feature.

Historic Data Gone?

Today Bevel showed a random nap that was supposedly tracked by my Oura Ring that is nowhere in my Oura data and is dragging my sleep score down.

I backed up my Oura data in Oura, reloaded Bevel and it was still there. Removed my Oura connection and reconnected - still there. As a final attempt to fix the glitch, I did a “clear the cache and reload all data,” which didn’t fix this issue and has also broken multiple things in the app.

All of my journal entries are wiped except for the ones that auto populate from data. This has all of my insights messed up.

Cardio load only registering data from the last 2 weeks; previous data just shows 0 despite the workouts showing in the timeline . This has completely skewed my cardio load as it looks like I went from a year plus of doing nothing to going all out and every day shows me as “overtraining” despite having primarily been in maintaining and peaking over the last 3 months.

Any idea what I can do to force the app to actually register all this information?

Expenditure Catch Up Timing?

When I started with MF back in September, I started with a modest goal of .6 lbs per week. I stayed on track with that until about a month ago. I was starting to feel sluggish at the gym so I decided to add some calories back and basically cut my deficit in half. However, since I started eating more than before, I’m now seeing even more weight loss. I’m not complaining - I’m still not at my goal weight so losing more is great! My issue is that I’d like to turn the coached feature back on, but when I do, it’s trying to drop my calories even lower than it was before I took a pause because my expenditure doesn’t seem to want to budge.

In the 34 days since I added calories back, I’ve dropped 3.4 lbs per trend weight, which is about a 12k deficit over that time. According to the app, I’ve only been in an average daily deficit of 114 calories this whole time, or about 4k.

How long should I wait for the expenditure to catch up here? It’s only moved up 24 calories in the last month, despite the consistent drop of weight with more calories.
