How do you guys titrate retatrutide properly?

Currently on week 3 of retatrutide at 1mg/week.

I do feel some appetite suppression earlier in the week, but by the last day before pin day, my appetite is basically fully back again. Weight has only gone from around 91kg to 90-point-something so far, so nothing dramatic yet.

Trying to decide whether it’s smarter to:

do 1.5mg all at once weekly
or
do 1mg at the start of the week + 0.5mg mid-week

Eventually planning to move to 1.5–2mg/week but don’t want to ramp too aggressively and get hit with sides later from accumulation.
Also curious how you guys personally titrate reta:
Do you increase based on appetite suppression?

-Weight loss speed?

-Side effects?

-Food noise coming back before pin day?

Or just by a fixed schedule no matter what?

Would love to hear how experienced users approached dose increases and what worked best long-term.

I train 5–6 days a week, eat pretty clean throughout the week, and have cut down junk food and sugary foods almost entirely.

Doubled GHK-Cu to 4mg/day – Drastic results

I bumped my GHK-Cu dose from 2mg to 4mg/day recently, and the improvement in my skin texture and hair quality has been drastic in just a few weeks.

I’m currently taking 25mg of zinc daily to help balance the copper, but I’m looking for info on any other side effects or specific health markers I should be monitoring to keep this sustainable long-term.

Has anyone else run this higher dose for an extended period? Any advice on risks or what to watch out for would be appreciated.

**UPDATE**

No photos yet

I didn't expect results this fast and was anticipating a 2–3 month timeline. I’ll post some soon.

I did 2 mg for the first week, then bumped to 4 mg for the last two weeks, and the results have been drastic. As a former 'cosmetic nerd,' I'm shocked, I've ditched my entire routine (including retinol) for just minimal moisturizer and sunscreen. I also take oral Vitamin C with the zinc.

The 4 mg dose is my sweet spot:

Skin: Texture is smoother than when I used retinol (but with zero irritation), acne scars have significantly faded, body acne is gone, and my skin stays naturally hydrated.

Hair: It feels fuller when i run my fingers through it and as someone who is hairy, I’m seeing increased hair growth all over my body in places where i haven’t seen hair before.

Joints: My nagging knee pain is completely gone.
I’m 35 and feel great. Not sure if it's the cumulative effect or the higher dose, but I'm still monitoring for any side effects.

Tesamorelin timing after dinner (2h vs 3h) on retatrutide?

I’m trying to figure out the optimal timing for tesamorelin after dinner and getting mixed thoughts in my head, so I wanted to ask people who’ve dealt with this.

It’s been about 2.2 hours since I finished eating.

I’m also on retatrutide, which I know slows gastric emptying and blunts insulin spikes.

My question is:

Is 2 hours post-meal generally enough to take tesamorelin before bed, or is it meaningfully better to wait a full 3 hours for fat loss / GH pulse optimization?

I’m pretty tired and would prefer to take it now and sleep, but I don’t want to lose out on benefits if the timing difference actually matters.

Would appreciate real-world experience or pharmacology-based input.
