Just graduated from ASU and wanted to share this blanket my boyfriend’s mom made me

I officially graduated from ASU a couple days ago thanks to the Starbucks SCAP program, and I’m honestly so proud to be an ASU alum now.

My boyfriend’s mom crochets, and as a graduation present, she made me this blanket. I thought it came out absolutely beautiful and wanted to share it with everyone.

If anyone wants to check out more of her work, here’s her page: Joanne's Blankets: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61583002598486

Any actually useful books for rebuilding self-esteem and confidence?

As a plus sized person who has honestly never really been happy or confident with my appearance, I’m looking for self-help books/workbooks that ACTUALLY helped you with self-worth, insecurity, comparison, anxious attachment, obsessive thoughts, etc.

I struggle a lot with:

- tying my worth to whether I feel attractive/desirable

- comparing myself to other women constantly

- feeling “not enough”

- relationship insecurity

- needing reassurance

- spiraling/overthinking

- difficulty believing compliments

- body image/self-esteem issues

I’m currently trying to improve myself mentally and physically, but I don’t want recommendations that are super fake-positive or “just love yourself queen!!!” because that stuff honestly makes me roll my eyes lol.

I’d prefer:

- mostly grounded or realistic books

- psychology-based would be cool

- practical advice

- workbook recommendations are welcome too, actually I'd prefer ones that give hands on prompts or ideas

- things that helped you genuinely become more secure and peaceful mentally

Especially interested in recommendations from other plus sized women or people who struggled heavily with insecurity/self-worth.

3x-4x Girlies US based, where are we going for all things summer clothes that's affordable and cute extra pointsif its alt-ish too?? I know there's torrid but I'm not trying to by a swimsuit for 100$ or a single shirt for 70$ (lol what????) I also know there is shein but is that really our only option if we don't want to spend a fortune?? Quality is hit or miss and like majority of the times it's a miss.
