Hi everyone! I use supergoops super screen combo moisturizer/sunscreen daily along with anua’s niancinamide + Trader Joe’s vitamin C in the evenings.
I’ve noticed more and more freckles and I’d love to get rid of them. Are lasers the best approach to get rid of these? I don’t really breakout much but the discoloration really irks me. Thanks!

I have been training consistently for 4 months and am finally strong enough to invert cleanly. One thing I struggle with is getting into a jasmine from a climb or in a flow… any good recommendations or videos ? I know the goal is to keep practicing/taking tricks classes but am always open to advice. Thanks!!
Hi ladies! All of your videos have been giving me liiiife!!! I’m so bummed I started feeling shoulder pain/pinching last week and so it’s been a little over a week of taking a break. I’m not going to lie it’s been affecting my mental a little… practicing dance has been such a huge source of joy for me. It’s the first time in my LIFE that I’ve been proud of my upper body strength. I’m not a particularly good dancer, I just graduated into advanced beginner classes but still can’t invert.
For anyone that’s had to take a break do you have any advice on complementary exercises I can do while I rehab? I’m going to focus on core strength since I still can’t invert. Thanks in advance
