Hey!!! Sorry if i'm using the wrong flair but i bought this Skyr Vanilla protein yogurt today and I was wondering what I could do with it? An yogurt bowl is the only thing I could think of but do you guys have any recommendations?

OMAD + A snack?

This might be a dumb question but if you do an OMAD, would it count as TMAD if you do ur OMAD and then a protein bar or a protein shake a few hours later as a snack? I struggle with my protein intake and i'm very picky so i feel like protein bars and shakes could help me with my OMAD + protein intake but would it count as a TMAD then...? Technically no right...??? Since protein bars or shakes arent considered a meal but you know...? Thank you! :)

Baby Food!!!

Now... Hear me out, sure baby food may not be filling or whatever BUT it's low in calories (usually under 100 calories, there's porridge, puree, little snack bars and much, much more) and you can have them as a snack or add them to your yogurts, porridge etc! Such a good hack honestly. <3

Does a monster break a fast?

Very basic and frequently asked question i know i know😭😭😭 But i know some people dont consider that drinking a monster breaks a fast while some people do... Does it matter or? I'm drinking the Ultra Fiesta Mango one right now and it has 13 calories in total so yk... Technically it does break a fast, right? But does it reaaally matter...? :p

Only thing that helps me not relapse...?

I don't really know what flair to use for this so i'm sorry if im using the wrong one but honestly i feel like because i have no motivation and i'm so tired all the time i'm too lazy and unmotivated to actually relapse even if i want to so honestly...? I guess that's a good thing? 😭 Ofc being unmotivated and lazy isn't good but it's the only thing holding me back from relapsing...

Also i'm so focused on other things that aren't good either but whatever it takes to keep me from relapsing that's good right...? :p

Protein bars or Protein yogurt?

Hellooo!

I'm pretty sure this is a good place to ask but when it comes to protein bars and yogurt/pudding etc, which one do you guys prefer or which one do you think is better?

I don't have a preference with those two but if we're being realistic which one is better, in terms of macros for an example? Of course it depends on the protein bar and yogurt but still 😭😭😭!!!
