After much experimentation with moissanite, I knew at some point I wanted to get a diamond. I am so pleased that it turned out exactly as I wanted it. My vendor options were limited because of my location but I found the most amazing vendor on AE. They sourced a beautiful stone and held my hand every step of the way. The ring setting, stone proportion and entire feel of the ring is just perfect for me, I love it so much.

It's a 5.07 carat, E, VS1 ring in 18k gold and platinum prongs and basket. My ring size is 7 but I got the wrong in 7.25. First time I ever got a euroshank in a ring and goodness it makes such a great difference.

I also got the diamond band from them, its a stock ring in 10k yellow gold, the plain gold band is my original wedding band from 12 years ago, it's 18k gold.

It's an open gallery ring, I know this is not for everyone but that is exactly what I wanted, I already own three rings in that setting, it doesn't bother me in the least, I love how it's low and I can't stack any band with it. My bands do not touch the diamond at all and I got the diamond band in bezel setting as further safeguard that diamonds.donr touch or scratch.

After an extensive back and forth, my vision has finally come to life in CAD! I am finally getting my labdiamond ring!

I knew I had put in all my experience from buying too many moissanite rings 😅 and to take my time to really design it the way I want. Thankfully I am working with the most amazing jeweler, who listened and made several adjustments to help bring my vision to life.

I know their quality is topnotch, never done custom with them before, so never needed to talk to them, with this custom ring I can confirm that the the customer service is also amazing.

I now need the collective knowledge of you amazing folks on here to check that it's perfect. Thank you for taking the time.

PS- The 2mm width and 1.8mm thickness is post polish measurement.

Thought to show off and talk about the case. The Case is really slim and feels good, kind of like matte aluminum. I think the Case is overpriced @70usd

It seems durable though and feels really good to touch, doesn't slip, has good grip.

Got the phone as a gift from Hubby. I doubt I know up to 50% of its capabilities, I am learning but by bit.
