Thanks in advance for your time. I am looking to purchase a 2bhk in Tellapur area but I’m only interested in semi gated community or even stand alone. How do I go about this? Are there any builders known for semi gated communities?
I don’t want to invest higher price n get a Gated community.
Purpose of the purchase is to reside then for couple of years then eventually rental.
