I've made this pane bianco so many times but I keep forgetting to tuck the ends underneath but it still turns out great every time

I want to make the NYT Claire Saffitz Basque cheesecake but I don't want to buy a new pan. Could I make it in a standard springform pan?

I do admit I am on the verge of an Amazon purchase solely because I'm bored at work during my night shift, but I really don't feel like wasting 30€ for a pan I'll use just for one thing. Could I just make the whole batter and reserve some of it?

I don't know why I skipped the blintzes recipe until now but this is so good! I love apricot topping

First time trying a no bake cheesecake (but I did have to bake the crust for a bit), turned out great although it could've been a bit neater
