I was thinking of moving to TRNC assuming I can get a one year residency easier than I can get it in Türkiye, and wondering how the life like there for a digital nomad?
1-The internet speed and cost
2-Average cost of Utility
3-Overall cost of living ( for 2 adults)

I have $5000 all settled cash in Brokerage account in Fidelity , if I start buying and selling stocks daily (penny stock) total for each order about $100 ,I will be using only $3000 from that $5000 , will I be in Violation of Fidelity rules and became a day trader? how many times can I buy/sell during the week ?
I don't have margin account and don't want to have one, juat like to deal in cash I have.
