Is there any place for or value in Dormammu and Molecular Man right now?

As powerful as these characters are canonically, they feel insignificant as playable characters. Both could be legendary bosses, especially Dormammu. Hate having them in the lineup but wasting away, much more than characters like Gorgon or the Warriors Three.
