Took advantage of the 30% off outlet sale and picked up a charcoal DF3 with a TPT shaft in my specs. It showed up today, and I was pretty excited to get it out for tomorrow’s round, but even more so for a guys’ golf trip next weekend.

Unfortunately, I opened the box today and found a charcoal DF3 with the standard steel shaft instead of the TPT I ordered.

I’ve already emailed LAB, but being Saturday, I’m assuming I probably won’t hear back until Monday or Tuesday. I’ll also give them a call Monday. The timing is just a little frustrating since I leave Wednesday evening for the trip.

Has anyone here dealt with a LAB order mix-up before? Were they able to get things turned around pretty quickly? I’m hoping this is something they can resolve before I leave.

I’ve also seen a few LAB employees on here, so hopefully someone can point me in the right direction

Anyone know where or what this creaking/ticking is/where it’s coming from? I’ve lubed all pivot points and any appropriate suspension parts. Noticed the noise when I was essentially cursing at very low speeds over small uneven pavement or undulation.

Currently have a Segway G30 and was looking to upgrade to something with suspension, dual motor and faster that’s in the $1k range as I’m only cruising around with the pup. After doing some research and watching yt videos I decided on the Ausom DT2 Pro as I feel it’s perfect for my needs and the best bang for my buck. It was the between the DT2 Pro and the Backfire M8. Ended up finding a brand new DT2 pro for $950 on eBay w/ free shipping.
