Got nie mysore ece in r3 at 14.4K (comedk)
Should I go for r4 or just lock it? I was hoping nie mysore cse or sit tumkur cse 🥲. Last year I would have gotten it. This year cutoff is something else..

My ticket to Bangalore is on 19 August. I want to make my medical certificate (if demanded by the college), for that the staff is demanding provisional allotment letter in which documents required is mentioned. Plzz koi bhej do bhai bohot urgent hai 😭😭
In which colleges, I can get Electrical/Mechanical Engineering? Is government college possible?
I just applied online withdraw from VIT VELLORE, it's showing everything pending, did I do it right?? Mere ko toh aisa dhak dhak horela hai 🫨, paisa mil jaayega na!!
I am considering taking PG near NIE Mysore North Campus as the hostels price in nie is freaking too much. It's my first time leaving my hometown, so I'm a bit nervous taking PG. Also I don't know whether I will get peers in PG's. What's your opinion. I am thinking to take hostels in my first year and then take PG in 2nd year with some friends.
If I am missing something then let me know..
Bhai Mai ye sab ke baare mein soch bhi nhi raha tha, mujhe lagta hai ye sab bas internet ki backc**di hai. Kucch chijo ka dhyan rakhna hai ye sab se bachne ke liye toh bata do yaar..
Do you think, I can get jsstu cse core with 14.4K comedk rank. 🥲
Which is better for cse NIE Mysore or SIT Tumkr. I am considering these two colleges because it is affordable. If you any other suggestion plz share it with me.
I have comedk rank of 14.4K, I can get cse and ece in NIE Mysore. The thing is I am choosing ECE because as far as I can see, ece has overall more scope in future as the semiconductor massive push lately. This might be a rookie mistake by me. That's why I'm confused.
I have researched and saw that I have to learn embedded & IoT for job after BTech. Will I get peers with same goal because students generally consider to master all the coding stuffs and sit is CSE/IT placements.
Also generally students get Internship for cse role.
SENIORS I NEED YOUR ADVICE.
I think I shouldn't risk taking ece in tier 2 college, things might be different if it was IIT, NIT or IIIT.
I was alloted with VIT Vellore Civil Engineering seat and I have paid my Advance Tution fee (1.7L) to lock my seat. Since the induction programme schedule is out, does anyone know the exact date before I need to raise refund/withdraw my money for 100% refund.
I am from a middle class family and for me nie fees (16-18L) is too much, I most probably have to get loan. Tbh I am scared to spend that much, bcz what will happen if i wouldn't get a decent job.
On the other hand, if I take Mechanical in a lower GFTI, it’s almost certain that I won’t get a campus placement. But if I start preparing for GATE from the second year, I might be able to get a PSU job. However, this is also risky because the GATE success rate is very low (less than 1%).
I'm literally very confused. I need some advice. 😥
Also, I wanted to post this in btechards but my karma is low so it would be a big favor if you could upvote.
Give some advice, I have budget constraints that's why I was thinking of joining PG nearby NIE Mysore Campus. But these 2 cons are bothering me.
If I search directly on Google, it says NIE is better for ECE, but seniors are saying that placements have dropped to around 50% at NIE. Is that true?
Because Google shows that out of 180 students, around 125 register for placements and about 120 get placed annually, with an average package of 9.5–11 LPA.
Also, DSCE is very costly, so I don’t have many options here. 🥲
Hello Seniors, Is it worth joining ECE, I have heard that this branch is very tough and it's hard to maintain cgpa required to sit in placements, like what is the placement percentage, out of 180 students, how many get placed?
Can anyone plz tell me, what colleges I can get with mht cet score of 97 %ile. I have searched everywhere but got no specific data for OMS candidate. Is government college for OMS via MHT-CET is out of option. For me even Mechanical Engineering in Government college is sufficient.
I have paid VIT Advance fee, please can someone tell me, when is the last date of withdrawal for 100% refund
I am thinking to join BMSCE eee, need some honest review about it, like 1.Can I get at least 8-10 lpa, 2.How is the academic grind, will I get time for self studies and stuffs. 3. How are hostels and mess. Please give some opinion, I am very confused.
Chances are that I can get BMSCE Bangalore (EEE). Which will be better this or VIT Vellore Civil?
