I am at the point in my life, I think I need to draw back from crossfit and start going max 3 days and just regular lifting the other 3 and keeping a rest day.
For the Masters here, how do you manage rest and your older bodies? What supplements do you take?

I just gravitated towards subs.
I use my watches, diving, snorkeling, camping, horseback, travels. I don’t baby them.
