Legendary ships

More of a rant than anything, but holy shit are these ships completely different than the original black flag, whenever I would get my max ship on the original, these ships were relatively easy. But I've tried to defeat these ships for hours, and cannot figure out the mechanics. Not sure if I need to work on my perfect block, or if there are any different tricks that I haven't tried yet. But if y'all have any tips on how to defeat these monsters, any help is greatly appreciated

Why is this move better than long castle?

During my game, I long castled, but after reviewing the game, it says it was an inaccuracy. But why? Long castle protects my pawn and gets my king into safety

Skin tags

29m, and I've had skin tags underneath my armpits for a few years and have always hated it. Is there any safe way to remove them that doesn't involve a doctor visit?1
